日本企業が、Peppol Service Providerとして認定（Certify）を受けるためには、どのような手続が必要ですか。

日本企業が、日本におけるPeppol Service Providerとして認定を受けるためには、日本のPeppol Authority（デジタル庁）が作成したGuidance Noteに従った認定手続（Accreditation Process）を完了する必要があります。
なお、認定手続を開始するためには、OpenPeppolのメンバーシップを取得している必要があります。（OpenPeppolのメンバーシップについて）

既にPeppol Certified Service Providerとなっている事業者が、日本においてPeppol Serviceを提供するためには、どのような手続が必要ですか。
A3-2
日本以外の国等において既にPeppol Service Providerとして認定を受けている事業者は、日本においてPeppol Serviceを提供するため、日本のPeppol Authority（デジタル庁）が作成したGuidance Noteに従った了承手続（Acknowledgement Process）を完了する必要があります。
なお、了承手続において、日本のPeppol AuthorityとPeppol Service Provider Agreementを作成する必要はありません。
Internationally Accredited Peppol Certified Service Provider that wants to provide Peppol Service in Japan must complete the Acknowledgement Process defined in the Guidance Note provided by Japan Peppol Authority.
It should be noted that there is no need for the Internationally Accredited Peppol Certified Service Provider to make Peppol Service Provider Agreement with Japan Peppol Authority.

Accreditation Process（認定手続）かAcknowledgement Process（了承手続）かを経るかにより、日本において提供できるPeppol Serviceに差異はありますか。

両手続を完了した者が日本において提供できるPeppol Serviceに差異はありません。

日本のPeppol Authorityが独自で求める要件（PA Specific Requirements）はどのような内容ですか。

次の内容となります。なお、詳細はJapan PASR（Approved by the MC in the MC167 meeting on 21st June 2022）のとおりです。
- End Userのidentification schemeについて、日本のPeppol Authority（デジタル庁）が作成するGuidance Noteに従った対応を行うこと
- Information Securityの対応として、原則、ISO27001を取得していること
- Accreditation Processについて、日本のPeppol Authority（デジタル庁）が作成するGuidance Noteに従った対応を行うこと
（※）PASRとは、Peppol Authorityが自国において適用するものとして、Peppol Interoperability Frameworkによって普遍的に実施される内容以外に設定される要件です。
