Based on the provisions of Article 7-3, Paragraph (1) of the Act on the Promotion of Employment of Persons with Disabilities (Act No. 123 of 1960) amended by the Act for Partial Amendment of the Act on the Promotion of Employment of Persons with Disabilities (Act No. 36 of 2019), the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare established the Plan for the Promotion of Employment of Persons with Disabilities and announced the status of implementation of the Plan, in order to establish an autonomous PDCA cycle, including the constant implementation of initiatives to expand opportunities for the active participation of persons with disabilities in the public service sector.
