1. Contact point for statistical data in Digital Agency

Digital Agency has established a contact point for accepting requests for the provision of statistical data for the purpose of statistical utilization based on the Guidelines for Judging the Provision of Statistical Data (decided by the EBPM Promotion Committee on April 27, 2018).

2. Details of acceptance

• Requests for provision (requests for provision, etc.) of statistical data held by Digital Agency and inquiries about requests for provision, etc.
• Location guidance for statistics and other data held by Digital Agency that is disclosed on the Internet, etc.
  *If you do not know which ministry is responsible for the statistics you are looking for, please use the General Contact Office for Government Statistics (e-Stat) or the statistical consultation provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Statistical Library.

3. Procedures for requesting the provision of statistical data, etc.

Requests for the provision of statistical data, etc. shall be sent by E-mail with the subject "Request for the Provision of Statistical Data, etc." and the name, contact information (telephone number and E-mail address), and the details of the request, etc. stated in the main text.

In order to determine the provision, etc., the department in charge may confirm the details of the request and the purpose of use to the contact information you provided.

4. Precautions

*Information on requests for provision, etc. received may be recorded in order to improve the work related to the judgment of provision, etc., and may be reported to the EBPM Promotion Committee, excluding information that can be identified by specific individuals, and may be used by the EBPM Promotion Committee to improve the guidelines for the judgment of provision, etc. of statistics, etc.
