We would like to confirm whether the UI / UX has been improved in the subsequent USABILITY EVALUATION.

We have conducted USABILITY EVALUATIONS twice, early last year and now, and based on the results, we are focusing on realizing screen transitions that anyone can intuitively understand the operation. We will share the results as soon as the screen transitions are organized.

We believe that many people recognize that the smartphone is installed in My Number Card, so a booklet should be prepared for the start of the service that explains that the smartphone is installed in E-Certificate, not My Number Card, and the benefits of installing a smartphone.
- Speaker: With the planned integration with and biometric authentication, such as private sector browser cooperation and inter-app cooperation, will be necessary in the future. Will this review meeting be completed this fiscal year?
