Information Disclosure
Under the Act on Access to Information Held by the State of public authorities (Act No. 42 of 1999), anyone may request disclosure of administrative documents held by the state of Digital Agency.
In principle, administrative documents requested for disclosure will be disclosed, except for non-disclosure information prescribed by law.

2. Hours for accepting disclosure requests at the counter
From 9:30 am to 5:00 pm on all days except holidays in public authorities
(Excluding the period from noon to 13:00)
*Visitors are required to register to enter the Museum no later than the day before due to administrative reasons.
If you are visiting Digital Agency for viewing, etc., please contact the person in charge in advance by email with the time of your visit, etc.
3. Acceptance of disclosure requests by mail
Please mail it to the address of the above public contact. Requests by facsimile or e-mail are not accepted.

5. Payment of the Disclosure Request Fee
The disclosure request fee is 300 yen per administrative document related to the disclosure request.
The disclosure request fee will be collected only by revenue stamp. Whether you send a disclosure request by mail or submit it directly to the counter, please be sure to attach a revenue stamp worth 300 yen per request.
6. Search of the Administrative Document File Management Register
You can search the Administrative Document File Management Register of public authorities from the Administrative Document File Management Register of each Digital Agency of the country. Please use it to specify the administrative documents to be requested.

7. Procedures after making a disclosure request
When a disclosure request is received, in principle, a decision on disclosure or non-disclosure is made within 30 days, and the requester is notified in writing.
If a decision to disclose has been made, it is possible to receive disclosure by attaching the prescribed fee to the Application for Implementation Methods, etc. of Disclosure of Administrative Documents with a revenue stamp and submitting it to the Digital Agency Information Disclosure Window.
If a decision of non-disclosure is made, a request for administrative review may be made to a Prime Minister pursuant to the provisions of the Administrative Appeal Act.
8. Payment of the Disclosure Implementation Fee
When implementing disclosure, a Disclosure Implementation Fee is required in addition to the Disclosure Request Fee (List of Disclosure Implementation Fees); provided, however, that until the total amount of the Disclosure Implementation Fee reaches 300 yen per administrative document to be disclosed, it will be free of charge, and when the amount exceeds 300 yen, the amount obtained by subtracting 300 yen from the total amount of the Disclosure Implementation Fee will be applied.
The disclosure implementation fee will be collected only with a revenue stamp. Whether you mail the Application for Disclosure Implementation Methods, etc. or submit it directly to the department, be sure to attach a revenue stamp equivalent to the prescribed fee.

9. Access to reports on gifts, etc. by Digital Agency Employees
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9, Paragraph (2) of the National Public Service Ethic Law, etc., a copy of the Report on Gifts, etc. by an Digital Agency Employee exceeding 20000 yen per case may be viewed.

The viewer will request access by entering (I) name, (ii) address, (iii) phone number, (iv) e-mail address, and (v) the period covered by the report on gifts, etc. that he / she wishes to view in the e-mail listed in the contact information below.
Visitors are requested to receive and view the Report on Gifts, etc. (PDF file) sent from the Digital Agency Representative to the email address of the visitor, and to delete it promptly after the viewing is completed.
Points of Attention Regarding Access Procedures Using the Internet
- Procedures for viewing via the Internet are premised on having a contactable phone number and email address and being able to receive PDF files.
- If any deficiency is found in the content of the request for viewing, the information will be made available for viewing after referring to the contact information listed in the e-mail.

- After completion of viewing, please return the Gift Report to the person in charge.
- Precautions
- Reports on gifts, etc. may not be taken out of the viewing location.
- The Report of Gifts, etc. should be handled carefully and should not be damaged, defaced, or modified.
- Please note that the Counselor in charge of personnel affairs, etc., may suspend access or prohibit access to persons who violate the above acts.
