Partial suspension of My Number Card procedures during the Golden Week

In accordance with the renewal work of the Public Personal Authentication system for the installation of E-Certificate on the smartphone, etc., which will start service on May 11, 2023, some of the My Number Card procedures will be suspended as follows.
As a result, the procedures related to My Number Card will be affected as follows, so please be careful about the procedures during the period.
Suspension period
From April 29 (Sat) to May 7 (Sun), 2023
An unenforceable proceeding
- E-Certificate Issues, Renewals, and Lapses
- My Number Card Name Changed
- Change of address in My Number Card in the case of relocation within a municipality (* 1)
- Initializing (unlocking) and resetting (* 2) My Number Card's personal identification number
* 1 You can submit a notification of a change in address (change of address on the resident record).
* 2 You can initialize and reset the personal identification number of the E-Certificate for signature at convenience stores.
A procedure that can be performed
- My Number Card Application
- My Number Card Receipts
- Change of address in My Number Card when moving in from outside the municipality (* 3)
- Changing your My Number Card PIN (cannot be unlocked)
- Change of My Number Card Validity Period and Extension of Special Provisions Period (Procedures for Foreign Nationals)
* 3 The information on the card can be changed, but the E-Certificate for signatures that has expired due to moving out cannot be reissued.
Use of Main Services Using My Number Card
Use as a health insurance card, automatic Issue service for Various Certificates at convenience stores, etc., application for Individual Number Card Point, Mynaportal and e-Tax (* 4) can be used during the period.
