In order to enable the smooth transition of information systems to Government Cloud, which is maintained by Digital Agency, and to optimize the operation cost of the system, we are implementing the Early transition Group validation Project in order to conduct the validation of Issue related to the operation of systems on the Government Cloud and the transition to Government Cloud.
Overview
1. Target Organizations
- Among local governments that wish to cooperate with validation, local governments that wish to start using Government Cloud in the next period
- First public offering: April to June 2023
- Second public offering: July to September 2023
- Third public offering: October to December 2023
- The fourth public offering: From November 2023 to February 2024

2. Target Business System
Standard compliance system
A core business systems that conforms to the standardization standards (*); provided, however, that this shall not preclude systems that have not yet become compliant with the standards from being covered on the premise that they will become compliant with the standards in the future.Related Systems
In addition to a system that performs API linkage, etc. of business data with standard compliance system, a system that standard compliance system deems it efficient to build in Government Cloud as in the case of local governments.

3. validation Details
Local governments shall lift or shift (*) the covered work to Government Cloud and make a transition to the extent that the validation can be made without any problem.
It is not mandatory to start production and shift during FY 2023, but the schedule up to the shift shall be indicated.
*Lift: transition the target business system and put it into production.
Shift: transition and put into production after standardizing the target business system.If the validation is not completed during fiscal year 2023, the handling after fiscal year 2024 will be notified separately.
4. validation Items
In this project, the following three points will be validation.
A. validation of the charging model
- Examination of the method of agreement between local governments, Government Cloud Operation Management Assistant and ASP, the method of application to Government Cloud, the payment scheme for Government Cloud and Government Cloud Connection Service usage fees, the method of dividing the costs in the shared use method, etc., and Issue validation
- Consideration of payment of usage fees due to exchange rate fluctuations
B. transition to shorten the validation period
- Transition to reduce man-hours by introducing and validation in a short period of time
- Validation to sort out the points that are easy to stumble in the introduction process and the desirable introduction process, and to deploy them to subsequent organizations
- Comparison of operation efficiency and operation man-hours before and after standard compliance validation
C. Introduction of lines to connect to Government Cloud validation
- Items examined in line selection and work period and content related to setup
- Ingenuity and transition to reduce man-hours for introduction and validation in a short period of time
- Comparison validation for connection between multiple CSPs for WAN use in the prefecture (if applicable)

- Third public offering period: From July 14, 2023 to 17:00 on August 14, 2023
