We have confirmed the following fraudulent e-mails and fake sites (phishing scams) that are disguised as Mynaportal. Please be careful about suspicious information.

• Suspicious e-mails with the subject line "Second Individual Number Card Point" or "Guide to the Urgent Support benefit for Soaring Prices of Electricity, Gas, Food, etc. (50000 yen / 1 household)"
• E-mail to inform you of the deadline for payment and guidance to special sites, such as "My Number Point Present," "Urgent Support benefit for Soaring Prices of Electricity, Gas, Food, etc.," "Special Site for Special Fixed-Amount benefit" and "Tax Delinquency Attachment."

If you receive an e-mail that you do not recognize or that is suspicious, do not enter your PIN or other personal data, and promptly delete the e-mail.
