Due to the revision of the Ministerial Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice, it is now possible to submit a birth certificate online without an electronic signature of a doctor, etc. attached at the time of birth registration.
Birth registration and birth certificates must be submitted to the municipality within 14 days from the date of birth, but the use of Mynaportal will enable users to submit birth registration online from their smartphones, etc. without bringing the documents to the municipal office immediately after delivery.
However, please keep in mind that for online submission, the municipality of the registered domicile of the parent of the born child must support online submission.
Each municipality can respond to online submission by registering with Mynaportal. You can easily start the service by using the form of notification prepared in advance by Digital Agency, so please make positive use of it.
For more information on this case, including information on local governments that can respond to online submission, please visit Mynaportal (Digital Agency Web Service Application) .
