Digital Agency held the third meeting of the Digital Extraordinary Administrative Advisory Committee Review Team of the digitalization Working Group Legal Affairs Office today, Wednesday, March 16, 2022.

In this study team, we will mainly discuss a framework that can autonomously and efficiently confirm specific conformance to digital principles such as law. In addition, we will discuss a mechanism to provide all things that function as rules and disciplines in society in digital form, and hold discussions necessary to create an environment in which rules and disciplines are easily accessible to everyone, even non-experts.

At today's meeting, the Secretariat made specific proposals on the process and system for confirmation of compliance with the Digital Principles of law, etc., in response to the points presented last time. In addition, the members also made proposals on the ideal way of digitalization, BPR, and public-private sharing of legal affairs, and discussions were held.

Today's agenda is as follows.

1. Process and System for Confirmation of Compliance with law's Digital Principles

2. Digitalization and BPR of legal affairs (including base registry development in law) and the ideal way of public-private sharing (including the utilization of legal tech)

3. Exchange of opinions

In the future, we will report to the law Working Group the content of the discussion on the process and system for confirming the conformity of the digital principles of Digital Extraordinary Administrative Advisory Committee, etc.
