Digital Agency held the first meeting of the Digital Extraordinary Administrative Advisory Committee Study Team of the digitalization Working Group Legal Affairs Office today, Thursday, February 17, 2022. The Study Team is responsible for studying the establishment of a process and system to confirm the conformity of law, including new law, with the Digital Principles under the Digital Extraordinary Administrative Advisory Committee Working Group.

At today's meeting, the following two points were presented by the Secretariat (Material 4) as the matters to be discussed (draft) by the Study Team, and then members exchanged opinions.

1. Process and system for confirming the compliance of a law, including a new law, with the Digital Principles (* 1)

2. Digitalization and BPR (* 2) of Legal Affairs and the Ideal of Public-Private Sharing
   •Maintenance and provision of law data base registry (digital original copy)
   •Sharing of roles between the public and private sectors for the utilization of law documents, etc.
   •Utilization of legal tech related to legal affairs

In the future, it will be discussed at the meeting, reported to the working group, and used for discussions at the working group, etc.
