Spam mail sent by gBizID to the mail relay server managed by unauthorized access
- Published:
There was an incident in which Digital Agency sent spam mail to the mail relay server of gBizID, a common authentication service for business operators operated by unauthorized access.
We prevented the spread of the damage by immediately shutting down the communication at the timing of detecting the abnormality. However, about 13,000 spam mails were sent between 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on September 24. No leakage of personal data due to this event has been confirmed.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to all concerned.
