In line with the partial enforcement of the Act for Partial Revision of the Child and Child Care Support Act, etc. (Act No. 47 of 2024), Digital Agency is considering the revision of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on Registration of Savings Accounts for the Prompt and Secure Provision of Public Benefits, etc. (Digital Agency Ordinance No. 10 of 2021) in order to improve the necessary provisions. Therefore, we would like to receive opinions from a wide range of people, and we will invite public opinions as follows.

Regarding the Draft Ordinance to Partially Revise the Enforcement Regulations of the Act on Registration, etc. of Savings Accounts for the Prompt and Secure Provision, etc. of Public Benefits (e-Gov) Fill in the postal code, name and address (in the case of a corporation or organization, the name of the representative and the location of the principal office), and contact information (phone number or e-mail address) from the opinion submission form of and submit it by the deadline for submission of opinions.
