Digital Agency held the fifth meeting of the Digital Extraordinary Administrative Advisory Committee Review Team of the digitalization Working Group Legal Affairs Office today, Friday, May 13, 2022.
In this study team, we are mainly discussing a framework that can autonomously and efficiently confirm specific conformance to digital principles such as law. In addition, we will consider a mechanism to provide all things that function as rules and disciplines in society in digital form, and conduct necessary discussions to create an environment in which rules and disciplines are easily accessed by anyone, even non-experts.

Process Chart for digitalization of Legal Affairs
Toward the establishment of a process and system for confirming compliance with the law Digital Principles
We have commissioned Gyosei Co., Ltd. to conduct a survey on the digitalization of legal affairs in foreign countries, and an interim report has been submitted. Based on today's exchange of opinions, we plan to further investigate the parts that can be used as a reference for future measures.
In addition, the Secretariat presented and discussed (I) the construction of a process and system for confirmation of compliance with the law Digital Principles and (ii) a draft of a process chart and the like for the establishment of a system for providing digital originals in law. The process chart and the like based on the contents of the discussions so far will be reported to the Digital Extraordinary Administrative Advisory Committee Working Group in the future.
