"I am HIRAI Takuya, who was just appointed as the first Minister for Digital Transformation by the Prime Minister.
Today, I am very pleased that about 600 people from Digital Agency, including not only officials from ministries and agencies, but also Ms. Yoko Ishikura from Chief Officer of the Digital Agency and many people from private sector, gathered to welcome the launch of Digital Agency. Looking back, exactly one year ago, on September 16 last year, I was appointed Minister in charge of Digital, and I have been working hard to create organization.
