- Among the contents, the Parcel Number Master and the Parcel Number Master Location Reference Extension are processed and disclosed in Digital Agency using the "Map Database provided by the Registry Office" provided by the Ministry of Justice through the G-Space Information Center as the reference source. Therefore, if you use the Parcel Number Master and the Parcel Number Master Location Reference Extension, you are deemed to have agreed to the Terms of Use for Map Data Provided by the Registry Office in addition to these Terms of Use.
4) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Use Rules shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
- With regard to the use of content under the Rules of Use and disputes related to the Rules of Use, the District Court having jurisdiction over the location of the organization where the content or the Rules of Use pertaining to the dispute are disclosed shall be the court having exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
5) Disclaimer
- The government shall not be responsible for any acts performed by users using the content (including the use of information that has been edited, processed, etc.).
- Content is subject to change, transfer, deletion, etc. without notice.
6) Others
- These Use Rules do not restrict the use of citations and the like permitted under the Copyright Act.
- These Rules of Use were established on April 22, 2022. These Rules of Use are in accordance with the Government Standard Terms of Use (version 2.0). These Rules of Use are subject to change. If you are already using content in accordance with an earlier version of the Government Standard Terms of Use, the terms will continue to apply.
- These Rules of Use are compatible with the Creative Commons License Notice 4.0 International ("CCBY"). Content to which these Rules of Use apply may also be used in accordance with CCBY.
