Mynaportal App (Usage Information for local government)
This is a software application that provides a card reading function, etc. necessary for using My Number Card for online procedures at a public service, etc. In order to use it for local government services, we will introduce an overview of the Mynaportal application, procedures for introducing the service, and other related information.

1. 1. Overview
Mynaportal App is a software application that enables service users to use My Number Card functions such as login authentication and reading of the four basic information (name, address, date of birth, and sex) from their smartphone or PC terminals. Service providers can realize online support of the Mynaportal reading function in their services by combining the system that provides the service with the My Number Card App. The Mynaportal App can be used not only in public authorities but also in private business and other places.
1.2. Function
The Mynaportal App supports login authentication (E-Certificate for user identification), granting of electronic signatures (E-Certificate for signatures), support for entering ticket information (reading and entering My Number and Basic 4 information), and E-Certificate built-in functions for smartphones. Details of each function are as follows.
1. 2.1. Login Authentication
We will provide a login function using My Number Card's E-Certificate for user identification. In addition to being able to log in to each service with a browser on smartphone, it is also possible to read a two dimensional barcode displayed on a browser of a PC or tablet with a Mynaportal app of an Android or iOS device and log in on a browser of a PC or other device.
1.2. 2. Granting of Electronic Signatures
You can use the My Number Card stored in the E-Certificate to digitally sign the data received from the Web system. For the Android and iOS versions, you can use the same two dimensional barcode to connect to the server as the login authentication function. For Windows and Mac versions, you can select whether to display the E-Certificate information before signing the electronic signature.
1.2.3. Ticket Information Input Support
My Number and basic 4 information (name, address, date of birth, and sex) stored in the My Number Card Ticket Entry Assistant AP will be read out and used for input support when creating application documents. For the Android and iOS versions, it is possible to link with the server using the 2 d barcode as well as the login authentication function.
1.2.4. E-Certificate Mounting for Smartphones
This is a built-in function of the My Number Card for smartphone that has the same functions as the E-Certificate (E-Certificate for signatures and E-Certificate for user identification).

The introduction procedure is as follows.

- Confirm the content of the information received with the system development vendor responsible for the existing system
- Procedures for use of MYKEY Platform, local certification platform, platform services of platform operators in private sector, etc. are performed.
- Modification of the existing system or development of a new system on the local government side
- After completion of testing such as application linkage on the local government side, use of the application can be started by registering the URL of the Digital Agency service in the local government system.
