1. Matters to be publicly offered

Subject: Development of a tool for testing a program for checking electronic or magnetic records in place of cards
Contract period: From the date of conclusion of the contract to April 30, 2025 (2025)

2. Qualifications Required for Persons Participating in Public Offering

A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 70 of the Budget Settlement and Accounting Order;
This shall not apply to a minor, a person under curatorship or a person under assistance who has obtained the necessary consent to conclude a contract.
A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 71 of the Budget Settlement and Accounting Order;
The person is not under suspension of appointment as service provider based on the Guidelines for Suspension of Appointment as Service Provider pertaining to Contracts for Goods, etc. issued by the Digital Agency or other ministries and agencies.
Applicants must be qualified to participate in the competition based on Grade A, B, C, or D of "Provision of Services, etc." in the 2022 / 5 / 6 Ministry and Agency Uniform Qualification.
If you do not have the Uniform Qualifications for All Ministries and Agencies, you shall apply for this qualification through the Electronic Procurement System (GEPS) . If you have any questions, please contact the Contract Team in charge of accounting in Digital Agency.
*To be acquired before the conclusion of the contract
Applying for or committing to apply for the unified qualification of all ministries and agencies for 2025 / 8 / 9 effective from April 1, 2025 (2025).
*Since this qualification is a condition of the contract, the application should be made at an early stage.
A person who has not been designated as a company subject to restrictions on bidding based on the Regulations on Restrictions on Bidding in Digital Agency (revised by Accounting Officer Director on March 9, 2022) (including a person excluded from the application of restrictions on bidding);
*These regulations apply to procurement projects with a target price of 100,000 SDR or more.
A person who satisfies the conditions listed in the application guidelines and written specifications;
