1. Matters to be publicly offered

• Subject: A set of operation and maintenance services for the 2025 Digital PMO
• Contract period: From April 1, 2025 (2025) to March 31, 2026 (2026)

2. Qualifications Required for Persons Participating in Public Offering

1. A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 70 of the Budget Settlement and Accounting Order;
   This shall not apply to a minor, a person under curatorship or a person under assistance who has obtained the necessary consent to conclude a contract.
2. A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 71 of the Budget Settlement and Accounting Order;
3. Applicants must be qualified to participate in competitive bidding, having been given a grade of A, B, C, or D for "Provision of Services, etc." in the unified qualifications of all ministries and agencies for fiscal years 2025, 8, and 9.
   If you do not have the Uniform Qualifications for All Ministries and Agencies, you shall apply for this qualification through the Electronic Procurement System (GEPS) . If you have any questions, please contact the Contract Team in charge of accounting in Digital Agency.
4. The person is not under suspension of appointment as service provider based on the Guidelines for Suspension of Appointment as Service Provider pertaining to Contracts for Goods, etc. issued by the Digital Agency or other ministries and agencies.
5. In addition to the above, applicants must meet the conditions for participation in the public offering based on the application guidelines, etc.
6. Other necessary matters shall be in accordance with procurement specifications, application guidelines, etc.
