• Subject: Outsourcing of work to import all data and transfer data of the real estate registry Base Registry Pilot System
• Contract period: From twenty twenty-five April 1 to twenty twenty-five April 30

2. Qualifications, etc. required for persons participating in the public offering

1. A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 70 of the Budget Settlement and Accounting Ordinance.
   In addition, this shall not apply to a minor, a person under curatorship, or a person under assistance who has obtained necessary consent for the conclusion of a contract.
2. A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 71 of the Budget Settlement and Accounting Ordinance.
3. Suspension of designation based on the Guidelines for Suspension of Designation, etc. pertaining to Contracts for Goods, etc. in Digital Agency or another ministries and agencies is not in effect.
4. In the fiscal year 2022 / 5 / 6 unified qualification of all ministries and agencies, a person must have a qualification for participation in competition ranked as "provision of services, etc."
5. Apply for unified qualification for all ministries and agencies for fiscal years 2025, 2008, and 2009.
   *Since the relevant qualification is a condition of the contract, attention shall be paid to the time of application so that the qualification will be acquired in time for the business commencement date (contract date).
6. A person who does not fall under the category of persons excluded from organized crime groups.
7. A party that has not been designated as a company subject to bidding restrictions in accordance with the Regulations on Bidding Restrictions, etc. in Digital Agency (amended by the Controller of Director on March 9, 2022) (including a party that has been excluded from the application of bidding restrictions) (* The application of these Regulations shall apply to procurement projects with an expected price of 100,000 SDR or more).
