1. Matters to be publicly offered

Subject: Additional renovation work for the function of accepting applications for public money receiving account registration of new pension arbiters in the account information registry and linkage system
Contract period: From April 1, 2025 (2025) to November 30, 2025 (2025)

2. Qualifications Required for Persons Participating in Public Offering

A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 70 of the Budget Settlement and Accounting Order;
Provided, however, that this shall not apply to a minor, a person under curatorship or a person under assistance who has obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract.
A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 71 of the Budget Settlement and Accounting Order;
A person who has been given a grade of A in "Provision of Services, etc." in the 2022 / 5 / 6 Ministry and Agency Uniform Qualification.
If you do not have the Uniform Qualifications for All Ministries and Agencies, you shall apply for this qualification through the Electronic Procurement System (GEPS) . If you have any questions, please contact the Contract Team in charge of accounting in Digital Agency.
*To be acquired before the conclusion of the contract
Applying for or committing to apply for the unified qualification of all ministries and agencies for 2025 / 8 / 9 effective from April 1, 2025 (2025).
*Since this qualification is a condition of the contract, the application should be made at an early stage.
The person is not under suspension of appointment as service provider based on the Guidelines for Suspension of Appointment as Service Provider pertaining to Contracts for Goods, etc. issued by the Digital Agency or other ministries and agencies.
In addition to the above, applicants must meet the conditions for participation in the public offering in accordance with the Planning Proposal Guidelines, etc.
