Regarding the introduction of the concept of zero Trust architecture, there was an opinion that it does not deny the borderline defense and that it is assumed that it will continue to exist in the future, and that the future image is to coexist with zero Trust. On the other hand, there was an opinion that the method of introduction is not uniform for each local local government, and it would be good if a common understanding could be deepened from advanced cases and a method could be developed to spread throughout the local government.
There was an opinion that in order to ensure resiliency in the event of disasters, it is important not only to build networks but also how quickly operations can be taken for disaster recovery, and that risk analysis is necessary from the viewpoint of business continuity of local government services based on the characteristics of each area and local government.
Regarding human resource development, there were many opinions that it is important to develop highly skilled human resources who contribute to in-house production of systems and human resources related to operation, etc. In addition, there were opinions that incentives for acquisition of IT qualifications and IT technology may be necessary.
There was an opinion that it is important for the central and local governments to cooperate while incorporating local opinions in an easy-to-understand manner so that there is no anxiety in the local governments.
