What is a Digital Marketplace?
The Digital Marketplace (DMP) is a new procurement method aimed at speeding up procurement of cloud software (SaaS) for government agencies and diversifying procurement sources through the entry of various vendors.
Expected effect of DMP
By registering with DMP, a wide range of government agencies can discover the software registered from the DMP catalog site, making it easier to reach government agencies at low operating costs. In addition, by simplifying the procurement process, various vendors, including small and medium-sized businesses and startups, can access the public procurement market in a fair manner.
Requirements for Registering with a DMP
1. Acquisition of qualifications for all ministries and agencies

- Qualification for both "Sale of Goods" and "Provision of Services, etc." by Direct Sales Companies and Agency Sales Businesses
- Manufacturer: Any one qualification including "manufacture of goods"

- For application for unified qualifications of all ministries and agencies, please refer to "Applying for Unified Qualification Examination" on the Procurement Portal .
- In order to register on the DMP catalog site in fiscal 2025 (fiscal 2025), you must have a unified qualification valid for all ministries and agencies in fiscal 2025 (fiscal 2026), fiscal 2026 (fiscal 2027), and fiscal 2027 (fiscal 2028).
- It is possible to register on the DMP catalog site during FY 2022 (FY 2025) if you hold a unified qualification valid for all ministries and agencies in FY 2022, FY 2023 (FY 2023), and FY 2024 (FY 2024). 2024
- If you plan to continue using the DMP catalog site in fiscal year 2025 (fiscal year 2025), you must have a Government-Wide license valid for fiscal year 2025 (fiscal year 2026), fiscal year 2026 (fiscal year 2027), or fiscal year 2027 (fiscal year 2028).
- Please note that applications for business operators to the 2024 (2024) DMP catalog site must be made by February 28, 2025 (2025).
