On October 29, 2023, we held a My Number Insurance Card Experience Event at the "37th Fureai-hiroba" outdoor event held at Ninomiya Elementary School in Kanagawa.
The Maina Health Insurance Card Experience Event is an initiative to allow people to use their Maina Health Insurance Card at medical institutions with peace of mind by using a card reader equivalent to the one actually installed at medical institutions to experience identity verification and consent to provide information using the Maina Health Insurance Card.
We have held the experience event at stations and in the public office of the city as a place close to the people, but this time, we held it for the first time at an outdoor event in area so that more people can have an impressive experience by inviting people from area to participate.
Hands-on inspection by a Minister Kono
KOHNO Minister for Digital Transformation also visited Fureai-hiroba and experienced My Number Insurance Card with visitors and people from area.
After the inspection, in response to an interview from a reporter, it was the first outdoor event, but I was relieved that the reading accuracy was high. He said that he would like to hold a My Number Insurance Card Experience Event at about 100 locations nationwide in the future.
