The Digital Promotion Committee is an initiative to create environments in which society as a whole can enjoy the convenience of digital society without leaving anyone behind by providing detailed support to people who are unfamiliar with digital devices and services.

Overview

In order to create an environment in which everyone can enjoy the convenience of digital society, we started in fiscal 2022 with the aim of developing a wide range of national movements by linking with projects and initiatives for people who are unfamiliar with digital devices and services already conducted by the national government, local governments, various organizations, etc., and positioning those who are involved in these projects and initiatives as Digital Promotion Committee members or Digital Promotion Committee members.

In the future, we aim to publicize the convenience of various initiatives, including the utilization of My Number Card, and to widely spread them among the people.

What is the Digital Promotion Committee?

The Digital Promotion Committee is a person who teaches or supports the use of the following matters to people who are unfamiliar with digital devices and services.

Matters to be taught and supported by the Digital Promotion Committee

1. How to use My Number Card and Mynaportal
2. How to use digital services in implementation
3. How to use digital devices and services

Recruitment Targets and Requirements

One of the following:

1. In addition to efforts to teach how to use digital devices and services in projects implemented by the government listed in the Application Guidelines (Appendix 1), those who make efforts to support the utilization of such devices and services.
2. A person who belongs to an organization, etc. shown in the Application Guidelines (Appendix 2), who teaches or supports the use of 2 and 3 on a voluntary basis in addition to Item 1 taught or supported by the Digital Promotion Committee, and who has watched content such as videos specified by the City of Digital Agency.
3. Those who are engaged in activities in projects implemented or cooperated by local governments and who teach or support the use of 2 and 3 on a voluntary basis in addition to the matters taught and supported by the Digital Promotion Committee 1.
4. Other persons permitted by the State of Digital Agency as necessary.

The activity of seeking

We expect that you will be active in projects in countries that meet the requirements for applying to the Digital Promotion Committee, as well as educational initiatives that have been active in area.

What are Digital Promoters?

We are a person who widely invites people who are unfamiliar with digital devices and services in their vicinity to participate in training sessions.

Recruitment Targets and Requirements

1. Persons who belong to organizations, etc. shown in the application guidelines (Appendix 2) and who are willing to invite participation in training sessions, seminars, etc. involving the Digital Promotion Committee members in area
2. Other persons permitted by the State of Digital Agency as necessary.

The activity of seeking

In order to prevent people who are not good at digital from being left behind, we are planning to invite them to participate in training sessions and seminars held in area.

The granting of an open badge

Digital Agency will grant open badges (badges with electronic images) to Digital Promotion Committee Members, etc. The granted open badges can be used on your business cards, SNS, etc.
