Overview
In order to create environments in which everyone can enjoy the convenience of the digital society, the digital promotion committee Digital Campaign was launched in fiscal 2022 with the aim of collaborating with projects and initiatives for people who are not familiar with digital devices and services, which have already been conducted by the national government, local governments, and various organizations, and developing a wide range of national campaigns by positioning people involved in these projects and initiatives as local governments or digital promotion staff.
In the future, the Government will aim to publicize the convenience of various initiatives, including the utilization of My Number Card, and spread them widely among the people.

Digital promotion committee is a person who teaches or supports the use of the following matters for people who are unfamiliar with digital devices and services.

- How to use My Number Card and Mynaportal
- How to use digital services implemented in various regions
- How to use digital devices and services
Target and Requirements for Subscription
One of the following:
- Those who make efforts to support the utilization of digital devices and services, in addition to efforts to teach how to use them, etc., in projects implemented by the national government listed in the application guidelines (Appendix 1)
- Persons who belong to the organizations, etc. listed in the application guidelines (Appendix 2), who voluntarily teach or support the use of 2 and 3 in addition to the matters taught and supported by digital promotion committee 1, and who have watched contents such as videos specified by Digital Agency.
- Persons engaged in activities in projects implemented by or in cooperation with local governments who, in addition to items 1 taught and supported by digital promotion committee, teach or support the use of items 2 and 3 on a voluntary basis
- Other persons approved by Digital Agency as necessary.
Activities Sought
We expect that you will be active in national projects that meet the application requirements of the digital promotion committee and in teaching initiatives that have been active in the community for some time.
What are Digital Promoters and Promoters?
This person is in charge of informing people who are unfamiliar with digital devices and services around them, such as inviting them to participate in workshops, etc.
Target and Requirements for Subscription
- Persons who belong to the organizations, etc. listed in the application guidelines (Appendix 2) and who are willing to call for participation in workshops, seminars, etc. related to digital promotion committee in the community
- Other persons approved by Digital Agency as necessary.
Activities Sought
In order to prevent people who are not good at digital from being left behind, we are planning to call for participation in workshops and seminars held in local communities.

Grant of an open badge
Digital promotion committee, etc. will receive an open badge (badge with electronic image) from Digital Agency. The open badge can be used on your own business cards, SNS, etc.
