On May 20, 2024, we held a My Number Insurance Card Experience Event at the "Rakuten Senior Re-Spring Festival 2024" held at the Futako Tamagawa Rise Galleria.
The Maina Health Insurance Card Experience Event is an initiative to help people use their Maina Health Insurance Cards in medical institutions with peace of mind by using a demonstration machine of the My Number Card reader (card reader with face authentication) actually installed in medical institutions to experience the operation of the screen related to the confirmation of identity by face authentication and the consent to provide information.
We have held experience events at commercial facilities and local government throughout Japan. This time, we held a experience event in cooperation with an event held by the Rakuten Mobile. At this experience event, we used card readers, smartphone and Mynaportal, and provided continuous support until we could actually use My Number Card as a health insurance card.
People who actually experienced it said, "I felt it was convenient that I did not need a medicine notebook," and "I did not realize that I had completed the registration of my Minor Insurance Card when I acquired the Individual Number Card Point."
