Design Meetup "Service Design in Gov #0"

Digital Agency's Service Design Unit has continued the practice of service design in public administration since the establishment of Digital Agency in September 2021.

This time, we will invite design teams from foreign countries and public authorities who are practicing service design on the front line, and hold a design meetup "Service Design in Gov #0" to share and discuss practical knowledge of service design in administration with members of the service design team in Digital Agency. Through this initiative, Digital Agency aims to become a hub of service design in administration internationally.

This forum will be held on Friday, October 20, 2023, and will be distributed online.
Anyone can participate on the Internet.

About the Design Meetup "Service Design in Gov #0"

Purpose

• Advanced examples of service design and accessibility in government and sharing of Issue
• Further practice of service design accessibility through dialogue between practitioners
