2. Target Business System

  1. Standard compliance system
    A core business system that conforms to the standardization standards (*); provided, however, that this shall not preclude the application of the system prior to standard compliance on the premise that the system will be compliant with the standards in the future.

  2. Associated system
    In addition to a system that links APIs for business data with standard compliance system, a system that local governments judge to be efficient to build in a government cloud as in standard compliance system.

      • Verification of cost-effectiveness when lifting to the Government Cloud

      • A Review of Government Cloud Recommended Configurations
      • Examination of cost allocation measures in the shared use system
      • Verifying Application Isolation in a Shared Usage Scheme
      • Verification of cost reduction effects by cloud optimization (modernization) such as utilization of managed services
      • Verification of encryption key management and deletion
      • Validating Efficient Operations in Multi-Vendor, Multi-Cloud Configurations
      • Verification of target management indicators
      • Verification of efficient joint use services such as joint monitoring infrastructure
      • Other verifications deemed useful in consultation with the Digital Agency.
  • Migration verification [For early organizations in fiscal 2023 and organizations that will newly use Government Cloud from fiscal 2024]
    In this project, the following points are verified.

    • Select two or more of the following items for verification
      • Verification of application and usage flow via GCAS (including verification of two-factor authentication to access management console via GCAS)
