On December 13, 14, 16, and 17, 2023, we held a My Number Insurance Card Experience Event at Hakuchodai Shopping Center Hack and Morue Nakajima, commercial facilities in Muroran City, Hokkaidō.

The Maina Health Insurance Card Experience Event is an initiative to allow people to use their Maina Health Insurance Card at medical institutions with peace of mind by using a card reader equivalent to the one actually installed at medical institutions to experience identity verification and consent to provide information using the Maina Health Insurance Card.
This time, it was co-hosted with Muroran City and was held in a commercial facility for the first time as a place to experience.

Citizens who have actually experienced it said, "It is convenient that I can confirm my eligibility only by face authentication. I would like to use it at a dentist soon.", "I was aware that there was a card reader in the hospital, but I did not try to get close because of my resistance to the machine. I could understand the flow of the machine operation, but I am worried that the hospital does not have staff.", and "I tried the Maina Health Insurance Card in medical institutions, but the medical care clerk also asked me to present a paper health insurance card. I think it is necessary to spread it to the medical institutions side."
