When using a PC or IC card reader / writer, install the application following the instructions in the link below.
If you use smartphone, search for "Mynaportal" in the App Store or Google Play and install the app.

- Click on "Register / Login" on the top page of Mynaportal, and log in as shown on the screen.
2. Go to the login screen.
- Scroll the screen to "Okane" and press "public fund receiving account".
- The "registration status of Bank Accounts to Receiving Public Benefits" page will be displayed. Click on "Register Account Information". After this, you can make a Registration of public money receiving account by entering information as shown on the screen.
