We will make a public offering as follows.

1. Matters to be publicly offered

• Subject: service desk DX provision services and operation maintenance consignment services to local governments in Government Cloud - Recruitment in fiscal 2024 -
• Contract period: From April 1, 2024 to March 31, twenty twenty-five

2. Qualifications, etc. required for persons participating in the public offering

1. A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 70 of the Budget Settlement and Accounting Ordinance.
   Provided, however, that this shall not apply to a minor, a person under curatorship, or a person receiving assistance who has obtained the necessary consent to conclude a contract.
2. A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 71 of the Budget Settlement and Accounting Ordinance.
3. A person who has been rated A, B, C, or D in the "Provision of Services, etc." of the unified qualification for all ministries and agencies for 2022, 2005, and 2006.
   If you do not have the Uniform Certification for All Ministries and Agencies, you shall apply for the certification using the Electronic procurement System (GEPS) below. If you have any questions, please contact the Contract Team in charge of Digital Agency Accounting. (* Please obtain the certification by the time the contract is concluded.)

4. Suspension of designation based on the Guidelines for Suspension of Designation, etc. pertaining to Contracts for Goods, etc. in Digital Agency or another ministries and agencies, etc. is not in effect.
5. In addition to the above, a person who satisfies the conditions for participation in the public offering based on the application guidelines, etc.
6. Other necessary matters shall be as described in the procurement Written Specifications, Application Guidelines, etc.

6. Method for determining the Contractor

   The results of the examination shall be notified to all parties no later than Monday, March 4, 2024.

7. Invalidation, etc. of Necessary Documents

Application forms, etc. of persons who do not have the necessary qualifications to participate in the public offering shown in this public notice shall be invalid.

1. Language and currency used in public offering and contractual procedures
   Limited to Japanese language and Japanese currency.
2. Necessity of contract creation
