Acquisition and Purpose of Use of personal data
Digital Agency (hereinafter referred to as the "Agency") will use the address, name, age, telephone numbers, and e-mail address of the person who wishes to be selected for recruitment (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant"), the career and employment history of the Applicant, and the information on the Applicant obtained through recruitment activities such as examinations, inspections, and interviews (hereinafter referred to as the "personal data") for the Recruitment Screening and the associated recruitment procedures (including related procedures such as labor management after recruitment).
Ensuring Safety
The Agency shall take necessary measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of collected information and to appropriately manage collected information. The Agency may entrust operations to external parties within the scope of achieving the above purpose, but the outsourcee shall also take necessary measures to manage the collected information.
Restrictions on use and provision
We will not use or provide law to third parties for any purpose other than the above-mentioned purpose of use, except in cases where there is a request for disclosure based on personal data or other special reasons. However, statistically processed information may be disclosed.
The voluntariness of the provision of personal data
The provision of personal data is optional. However, if you are unable to submit the personal data required for the main recruitment screening, or if the personal data you submitted is incomplete, you may not be able to continue recruitment activities.
