In fiscal 2023, administrative staff (high school graduates) visited government offices no longer.
We will visit government offices (employment interviews) for those who have passed the first round of the 2023 National Public Officers Recruitment Examination for General Service Employees (examination for high school graduates) in the categories of "Administrative Kanto-Koshinetsu," "Technical Kanto-Koshinetsu," "Agricultural Civil Engineering," and "Forest Engineering." Visiting government offices is a process to obtain job offers from desired ministries and agencies, so please be sure to participate if you want to enter Digital Agency.
Visits to government offices in Digital Agency will be conducted online (Teams).
In order to participate in the visit to the government office in Digital Agency, you need to make a reservations. Please make a reservations in advance in accordance with 4. reservations Method.

1. Schedule
- Date of visit: October 6 (Fri) and 10 (Tue), 2023

Of the 2023 National Public Officers Recruitment Examination for Administrative Specialists (examination for high school graduates), those who have passed the first examination in the categories of "Clerical Kanto Koshinetsu," "Technical Kanto Koshinetsu," "Agricultural and Civil Engineering," and "Forestry"
3. Implementation method
It will be conducted in an online format (Teams).
Visitors are requested to prepare terminals for connection. Details will be communicated to you individually.
You may use not only a PC but also a tablet or a smartphone as a connecting device.
4. reservations Method
In order to participate in a visit to a government office, it is necessary to "(1) Visit reservations" and "(2) Submit a visit card."

(1) Visit reservations
Please enter the necessary information, such as your name, e-mail address, telephone number, and the date and time of your desired visit to the government office, in the form for reservations reception and send it.

(ii) Submission of visiting card
After completion of "(1) Visit reservations," an email will be sent to the email address you entered to inform you of the submission of the visit card. The submission will be completed by attaching the visit card to the received email and replying. Please download and fill out the visit card below.

*Please use "[Name] Visitor Card" as the file name and submit it in Word format without converting it to PDF, etc.
* The visit reservations will be completed by "(1) Visit reservations" and "(2) Submission of Visit Card." The announcement of the reservations confirmation will be made to the e-mail address entered in the entry form by no later than 7 p.m. on the business day prior to each visit.
