2022 Visit to government offices (general service high school graduates)
Of the 2022 National Public Officers Recruitment Examination for Administrative Specialists (examination for high school graduates), we will visit government offices (employment interviews) for those who have passed the first examination in the "Administrative Kanto Koshinetsu" category. Visiting government offices is a process to obtain job offers from desired ministries and agencies, so please be sure to participate if you wish to enter Digital Agency.
Visits to government offices in Digital Agency will be conducted online (Teams).
In order to participate in the government visit in Digital Agency, a reservations is required according to the following procedures.
Step1 Visit Card Preparation
Please download the form for the visit card and fill out the necessary matters. In principle, we do not accept replacements (amendments, etc.) once submitted, so please make sure to fill out the form without errors. Please submit the form in Word format without converting it to PDF, etc.
Step2 reservations for Visit to Government Offices
- The government office visit will be held for two days, October 7 (Fri) and 11 (Tue).
- The reservations period is from 9 a.m. on Thursday, October 6 to 5 p.m. on Monday, October 10 (*).
*Please note that the application deadline for each visit is no later than 5:00 p.m. on the previous day. (Example: If you wish to visit on Friday, October 7, you must apply by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 6.) - During the reservations acceptance period, we will post the URL of the reservations acceptance form on this page. Please fill out the form with your name, the date and time of your desired visit to the government office ((I) the morning of October 7 (Fri), (ii) the afternoon of October 7 (Fri), (iii) the morning of October 11 (Tue), or (iv) the afternoon of October 11 (Tue)), and your e-mail address, and attach a visit card with the necessary information to the form.
- For confirmation of reservations, we will contact the e-mail address you wrote in the entry form.
