We send it when there is a registration, change, or deletion in public fund receiving account. We send the content of the registration, etc. by postcard to those who have registered in public fund receiving account and cannot make an electronic notification by Mynaportal or e-Tax.
Q6-2: What kind of information is provided in the Registration of public money receiving account Notice Postcard? Please tell us the content and reason of each information.

The information and reasons are written on the inside of the postcard.
The following is a summary of the contents and reasons for each guidance.
- Registration: New account information was registered upon application for registration
- Change: The account information registered by the change application has been changed.
- Deletion: The account information registered was deleted due to the deletion application.
- Rejected: Application for registration, change, deletion, etc. was rejected (* 1)
- Correction: Digital Agency detected that registered account information and personal information had been changed and corrected it.
- Invalidated: Digital Agency detected that the registered account could not be used and invalidated the account (* 2).
* 1: This applies when there is an error in the account information you have applied for, or when you have applied for registration of account information that has already been registered.
* 2: Merger and abolition of financial institutions and branches, and deletion by financial institutions are applicable.

If you agree to be registered as a public fund receiving account Site when you file your tax return, the refund account indicated on the tax return will be registered as a public fund receiving account Site.
Q6-4. Is it possible to change or delete a registered public fund receiving account?

You can change or delete the public fund receiving account from the Mynaportal.
Q6-5. I do not have a My Number Card, so I cannot use a Mynaportal. How can I change or delete a public fund receiving account?

Currently, account registration cannot be changed or deleted outside of Mynaportal, so please obtain a My Number Card and apply for change, deletion, etc. from the Mynaportal.
