1. Reasons for Failure to Reach the Ideal State
There are various Issue in order to realize the reduction of the workload of nursing care staff, the retention of nursing care human resources, and the improvement of nursing care services. According to the revised validation results, it is clear that the Issue is such that the cost of nursing care technology is high, there is anxiety about whether or not nursing care technology can be used well, and there is no need for nursing care technology.
