We will start a demonstration experiments on the utilization of My Number Card at golf courses.

In order to expand the use of My Number Card in person at stores and other locations, we will start demonstration experiments with Golf Digest Online Inc..

Overview of demonstration experiments

In this demonstration experiments, we will make a validation on the use of golf courses. The use of My Number Card is expanding in various fields, and to further promote use, it is necessary to promote face-to-face use. In order to create a scene in which people carry My Number Card and use it face-to-face, such as in stores, we will start a demonstration experiments at golf courses based on face-to-face reception. In addition, we will conduct an experiment to see if it will lead to tourism promotion by connecting the use of area with a tour of golf courses.
In this demonstration experiments, we will evaluate and validation the effect and Issue of the three items listed in the Validation Content.

• Four golf courses throughout Japan affiliated with Golf Digest Online Inc., including GDO Chigasaki Golf Links
• Facilities in area around GDO Chigasaki Golf Links

Validation Content

1. Simplified reception
   In the past, users entered their names, addresses, and dates of birth by hand on paper acceptance forms and submitted them. However, acceptance is completed by holding a My Number Card over the face recognition terminal at the reception counter and performing face recognition. This will improve convenience or make a validation.
2. Efficiency for the operation of golf courses
   We will make a efficiency to see if it will lead to manpower saving in reception work or validation of office work related to golf course use tax.
3. Promoting tourism in the surrounding area
   By conducting discount sales of area's famous products and tourism PR according to address attributes at facilities in the area around the golf course, we will connect the use of the golf course to a tour of area and validation whether tourism promotion can be expected.
