In August 2024, Digital Agency sent a notice (postcard) asking for confirmation and change of the name of public fund receiving account because it could not be confirmed that the registered name (kanji) and the name of the deposit account (katakana) match. This time, we continue to mail a notice (postcard) to those who have not changed their accounts to the effect that "the registered account information will be deleted sequentially from around the end of November 2024."

- From around the end of November 2024, the registered account information will be deleted in accordance with the provisions of Article 7, Paragraph 2, Item 2 of the Act on Registration, etc. of Deposit Accounts for Prompt and Certain Implementation of Payment, etc. of Public Benefits.
- If you wish to continue to use public fund receiving account, please register an account in your name from Mynaportal after the deletion process.
