BPR Advisor Dispatch Project

In Digital Agency, we are promoting the Municipal DX services counter "One-stop, no writing service" project in close cooperation with local governments with the aim of realizing a comfortable window experience with less burden on both residents and staff.

In Municipal DX services counter, it is important to address the two issues of business process reform (BPR) and system utilization as a set. In particular, business process reform (BPR) can be said to be a prerequisite for system utilization.
In this project, local government officials who are familiar with Municipal DX services counter will serve as advisors. By supporting other local governments that want to promote Municipal DX services counter in the future, these advisors will provide know-how for "creating opportunities" for "self-promotion" of local government contact BPR.

What's New

Overview

Support method

As a general rule, local government officials commissioned by Digital Agency provide support online and on site three times per local government (there is a possibility of joint support when neighboring local governments gather).

Cost sharing

The local government that requested the dispatch is not required to bear the expenses such as travel expenses and remuneration for the advisor.

Local governments eligible for application

Local governments (limited to municipalities) that have a strong desire to implement BPR for Municipal DX services counter promotion and can expect the maximum effect by dispatching to BPR Advisor.

Example

  • Local governments that are considering the introduction of DXSaaS but would like to conduct a BPR before the introduction
  • Local governments that have been working on window DX but are not as effective as expected and feel that there are issues with BPR
  • Local governments that know the problem but do not know how to solve it

*If a prefecture wishes to visit Dispatch BPR Advisor for Assistance for the purpose of BPR support at the counter of the basic local government in the prefecture, please consult with Digital Reform Digital Transformation Co-Creation Platform in advance.

As a general rule, applications are accepted on a first come-first-served basis, and screening and adoption are carried out. • Information provided at the time of application

In addition, the following local governments will be given priority to adopt it.

  • Contacts Local governments planning or considering the introduction of DXSaaS

  • When engaging in BPR at service counters, conduct a "Service Counter Experience Survey" during business hours.
  • By the first support, a cross-sectional promotion system (so-called project team) related to window BPR should be established.
  • During the period of dispatch (until the end of the third support period), the results of the "Experience Survey on the Use of Service Counters" and the issues found should be shared within the Agency.
